DECISION UPON A REVIEW
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to the sum of £444.60 in respect of an additional award of compensation.

REASONS
1. The review was listed to deal with the sole issue of the percentage uplift of the compensatory award to be awarded to the claimant for failure by the respondent to follow the statutory dismissal procedures.
2. For reasons given orally at the hearing, the tribunal decided to award an uplift of 10% on the compensatory award. The uplift amounts to the sum of £444.60, this award is in addition to the compensation of £5,706.00 awarded following the hearing on 25 November 2011.
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
