It is the decision of the tribunal that in breach of contract the respondent has failed to pay the claimant wages and expenses amounting to £628.00.  The respondent shall pay the claimant £628.00.

The claimant appeared in person.

 

The respondent did not appear and was not represented.

 

 

1.       The claimant complained of a breach of contract and that he was due £628.00 for wages and expenses.

 

2.       No response was presented by the respondent.

 

3.       The tribunal is satisfied that on a balance of probabilities the respondent has breached the claimant’s contract of employment and that the claimant has sustained a loss of £628.00

 

4.       Reasons for the decision were given at the hearing.

 

5.       This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
