DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is set out at Paragraph 2. below.

The claimant, Mr Lavelle, appeared in person and was not represented.
The respondent company did not enter a response and was not represented at the hearing.
1. The title of the respondent is amended to that now shown to reflect the fact that it is a limited company.
2. On the basis of the evidence of Mr Lavelle, who I found to be an honest witness, and the documentary evidence produced by him, I order that the respondent company do pay to him the following sums:-
(i) a sum of £309.19 in respect of unlawful deductions from wages (unpaid wages for the period 15 – 27 August 2014);
(ii) a sum of £957.02 in respect of breach of contract (outstanding notice pay); and
(iii) a sum of £49.12 in respect of unpaid holiday pay.
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
