DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claims for disability related discrimination, disability discrimination by reason of failure to make reasonable adjustments and unfair dismissal are dismissed.

5. On foot of the dismissal the respondent sought costs of £10,000 against the claimant. The tribunal dismissed the application for costs and gave oral reasons.
