(A)      The claimant's holiday pay claim against Metro Travel Ltd ("Metro") is dismissed because it was not lodged within the applicable industrial tribunal time limit.

 

(B)      The claimant's claim for notice pay against Metro is dismissed because it was not lodged within the applicable industrial tribunal time limit.

 

(C)     The claimant's redundancy pay claim against Metro is well-founded and it is declared that Metro is liable to make a redundancy payment of £1,620 to the claimant.

 

(D)     The claims against the other respondents were withdrawn and accordingly are dismissed.
