1. This matter was convened for a remedies hearing following the decision of the tribunal issued to the parties on 27 March 2015 whereby it was found that the respondent unfairly dismissed the claimant. After discussions between the parties they indicated they had reached an agreement in relation to compensation.
2. We hereby order, by consent between the parties that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £5,000.00 (in full and without deductions) in settlement of this matter within 28 days of 26 June 2015.
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
