It is declared that the respondent Department ought to make the following payments to the claimant pursuant to Article 227 of the Employment Rights Order:

 

(a)   £792 for wages (including £360 for commission)

 

(b)   £361 for holiday pay

 

(c)   £192 for notice pay.
