    1. On 29th September 2015, a default judgement was issued in these proceedings, in respect of notice pay and holiday pay.  Pursuant to that default judgement, this is my decision in respect of remedies.

     

    1. I announced my decision at the end of the hearing.  At the same time, I gave brief oral reasons for that decision.
