(A)      The claimant’s holiday pay claim is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £862 in respect of holiday pay.

 

(B)      The claimant’s unfair dismissal claim against the respondent is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £3,221 in respect of that unfair dismissal, consisting of a basic award of £221 and a compensatory award of £3,000.
