    DECISION

    The first respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1,550 for unpaid holiday leave and £2,400 for failure to provide the claimant with his main terms and conditions of employment in writing.

    Appearances:

    The claimant appeared in person.

    The respondents were neither in attendance nor represented and an interpreter, Ms Katalin Kiss, was also in attendance. 

     

    1.         I am satisfied that the claimant is owed £1,550 for untaken and unpaid holiday leave and £2,400 for not being provided with his main terms and conditions of employment in writing.  I order the first respondent to make those payments to the claimant.

     

    2.         I dismiss the claim against the second respondent.

     

    3.         This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.

     


     

    4.         Reasons for my decision were given at the hearing.
