(B)      The claim against Ms Pyers has been withdrawn and is now dismissed.

2. This Decision is based on the following information:

 

Gross weekly pay: £203.86

 

Number of actual completed years of service: 6

 

3.     The amount awarded consists of four weeks' pay. That amount has been awarded pursuant to Article 27 of the Employment (Northern Ireland) Order 2003.

 

4. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunal (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
