    (A)     The claimant’s wages claim is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £ 661.92 in respect of wages.

     

    (B)     The Claimant’s claim in relation to failure to provide itemised payslips is well-founded. The claimant’s claim was lodged in the Office of the Tribunals on 15 December 2015 and there were therefore 7 weeks of his employment when unnotified deductions were made. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £ 406 in respect of unnotified deductions.
