JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the tribunal, delivered in an oral decision with reasons, was at the claimant’s breach of contract claim in respect of arrears of pay outstanding at the termination of her employment is well founded. The tribunal orders the respondent to pay the gross sum of £876.71 less any applicable statutory deductions within six weeks of the date hereof.
