ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1955 - SECT 8

Rights of issue.

8. If an intestate dies leaving issue his estate shall, subject to the rights
of the surviving spouse, if any, be distributed per stirpes among such issue.
