Charge of administrative expenses upon moneys provided by Parliament. 4.(1) There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament to the secretaries, officers and servants of each of the departments of the Government of Northern Ireland established under the provisions of section eight of the Government of Ireland Act, 1920, such salaries or remuneration as the Ministry of Finance may from time to time determine: Proviso spent (2) There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament the expenses of each of the said departments to such amount as may be sanctioned by the Ministry of Finance. (3) There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament all such expenses of Irish services in Northern Ireland as were, before the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Government of Ireland Act, 1920, as respects those services, defrayed out of any fund [or part of a fund the assets of which have been (in whole or part) transferred or apportioned to the Government of Northern Ireland by the Joint Exchequer Board under that Act.]
