Sureties not to be discharged. 114. No such proceeding against or dealing with any such officer as aforesaid shall deprive the company of any remedy which they might otherwise have against such officer, or any surety of such officer. And with respect to the keeping of accounts, and the right of inspection thereof by the shareholders:
