COMPANIES CLAUSES CONSOLIDATION ACT 1845 - SECT 133

Costs to be in the discretion of the arbitrators.

133. Except where by this or the special Act, or any Act incorporated
therewith, it shall be otherwise provided, the costs of and attending every
such arbitration to be determined by the arbitrators shall be in the
discretion of the arbitrators or their umpires, as the case may be.
