COMPANIES CLAUSES CONSOLIDATION ACT 1845 - SECT 43

Application of calls, notwithstanding mortgages.

43. No such mortgage (although it should comprise future calls on the
shareholders) shall, unless expressly so provided, preclude the company from
receiving and applying to the purposes of the company any calls to be made by
the company.
