COMPANIES CLAUSES CONSOLIDATION ACT 1845 - SECT 77

Regulations as to proxies.

77. No person shall be entitled to vote as a proxy unless the instrument
appointing such proxy have been transmitted to the secretary of the company
the prescribed period, or, if no period be prescribed, not less than
forty-eight hours before the time appointed for holding the meeting at which
such proxy is to be used.
