COMPANIES CLAUSES CONSOLIDATION ACT 1845 - SECT 94

Occasional chairman.

94. If at any meeting of the directors neither the chairman nor deputy
chairman be present, the directors present shall choose some one of their
number to be chairman of such meeting.
