1.(1) For the purposes of this Act there shall be a body to be called the Exported Animals (Compensation) Trustees for Northern Ireland (in this Act referred to as "the Trustees"), which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal. (2) The seal of the Trustees shall be authenticated by the signature of any one of the Trustees, or of the secretary to the Trustees duly authorised by them to act in that behalf, and any document purporting to be sealed with the seal so authenticated shall be received in evidence and shall without further proof be deemed to be such a document unless the contrary is shown.
