EQUAL PAY ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1970 - SECT 10

Exclusion from ss.1 to 5 of pensions etc.

10.(1) This Act may be cited as the Equal Pay Act (Northern Ireland) 1970.

(2) In this Act the expressions "man" and "woman" shall be read as applying to
persons of whatever age.

[(3) In this Act references to its commencement shall be construed as
references to 29th December 1975.]
