49.(1) Orders made under this Order by the Ministry, other than orders under Articles 8(2), 19(1), 29(4), 32(1), 37(1), 40(4), 41(1) and paragraph 33 of Schedule 3, and regulations shall be subject to negative resolution. (2) Regulations may provide that persons contravening the regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding an amount specified in the regulations. (3) The amount which may be specified in regulations as mentioned in paragraph (2) shall not exceed #400.
