ELECTRICITY SUPPLY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 30

30.(1) Subject to paragraph (2), a person other than the Service shall not
supply electricity.

(2) Paragraph (1) shall not prevent any person from supplying electricity to
any other person where the business of the person supplying the electricity is
not primarily that of the supply of electricity to consumers.
