GOVERNMENT LOANS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1957 - SECT 25 

Accounts and statements.

25.(1) The Ministry shall keep such annual accounts of the Loans Fund in such
form as it may from time to time determine; and those accounts shall be
examined by the Comptroller and Auditor-General, and shall, together with his
report thereon, be laid before Parliament.

(2) The Ministry shall from time to time lay before Parliament a statement of
all losses which the Exchequer suffers by reason of Government Loans in
consequence of issues out of the Consolidated Fund.
