HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 25



25.(1) For the purpose of obtaining advice upon any matter arising in
connection with the performance of the duty of the Ministry under Article 4,
other than a matter in relation to which a central advisory committee has been
appointed, the Minister may appoint such other advisory committees as he
considers necessary, and may, after any such committee has performed the
functions for which it was appointed, or at any other time after consultation
with that committee, dissolve that committee.

(2) An advisory committee shall consist of a chairman and such other members
as the Minister may consider necessary for the purposes of the committee; and
the Minister may at any time appoint an additional member or fill a vacancy
created by the death or resignation of a member.

(3) An advisory committee may regulate its own quorum and procedure.
