11.(1) The Ministry may make arrangements with medical practitioners for the vaccination or immunisation of persons against any disease, either by medical practitioners or by persons acting under their direction and control. (2) In making arrangements under this Article, the Ministry shall, in so far as is reasonably practicable, give every medical practitioner providing general medical services under Part VI an opportunity to provide services under this Article. (3) The Ministry may, either directly or by entering into arrangements with such persons as it thinks fit, supply free of charge to medical practitioners providing services under this Article vaccines, sera or other substances for vaccinating or immunising persons against any disease.
