HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 66

66. The provisions of Schedule 12 shall apply to any property which was
transferred to and vested in the Northern Ireland General Health Services
Board consequent on section 19 of the Health Services Act (Northern Ireland)
1948 and transferred to and vested in the Ministry by virtue of
section 6(1)(b) of the Health Services (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland)
1967.
