INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT SOCIETIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 49

Display of latest balance sheet.

49. Every registered society shall keep a copy of the latest balance sheet of
the society, together with the report thereon of the auditor or auditors, hung
up at all times in a conspicuous position at the registered office of the
society.
