Record of proceedings. 87. Bankruptcy rules may provide (a)for the making of a record (whether by means of shorthand notes, by mechanical means or otherwise) of any proceedings under the Bankruptcy Acts (Northern Ireland) 1857 to 1980; (b)for the appointment of a person to make the record; (c)for the making and verification of a transcript of the record and for supplying the transcript to the registrar and the official assignee and to such other persons in such circumstances as may be prescribed by the rules; (d)for the fees to be paid for transcripts and the persons by whom or the source from which the fees are to be paid.][
