Petitioning debtor's statement of affairs . 345.(1) The petitioning debtor shall within the prescribed period before the date appointed for the private sitting file in the Court a statement of and in relation to his affairs, and paragraphs (1), (5), (6) and (so far as applicable) (7) of Article 10 of the Bankruptcy Amendment (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 shall apply to that statement with the substitution for any reference to the bankrupt of a reference to the petitioning debtor and for the references in the said paragraph (1) to the official assignee of references to the court. (2) The statement shall set forth the debtor's proposal for the future payment or the compromise of his debts or engagements. (3) The debtor shall furnish the official assignee with a copy of the statement.
