INHERITANCE (FAMILY PROVISION) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1960 - LONG
TITLE

An Act to amend the law relating to dispositions of estates of
deceased persons; and for purposes connected therewith.
[20th December 1960]
The Act has been repealed subject to savings for

(a)applications made thereunder for financial provision out of the
estate of any person who died before 1.9.1979; and

(b)orders made and directions given thereunder which were in force
at 1.9.1979
