[17th February 1881] Preamble rep. by SLR 1894 JUDICIAL COMMITTEE ACT 1881 - SECT 1 Lords Justices of Appeal to be members of Judicial Committee. 1. Every person holding or who has held in England the office of a Lord Justice of Appeal shall, if a member of Her Majesty's Privy Council in England, be a member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. JUDICIAL COMMITTEE ACT 1881 - SECT 2 Short title. 2. This Act may be cited as the Judicial Committee Act, 1881.
