LEASEHOLD (ENLARGEMENT AND EXTENSION) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1971 - SECT 27

27. This Act shall not prejudice the operation of section 21 of the National
Trust Act 1907, and accordingly a person shall not be entitled under this Act
to acquire the fee simple in land if an estate in the land is under that
section vested inalienably in the National Trust for Places of Historic
Interest or Natural Beauty.
