MONEY-LENDERS ACT 1900

MONEY-LENDERS ACT 1900 - LONG TITLE

An Act to amend the Law with respect to Persons carrying on
business as Money-lenders.
[8th August 1900]
The Act has been repealed by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (c.39)
subject to a saving for section 1 (Re-opening of transactions of
moneylender) in relation to agreements made before 16.5.1977 which
are not personal credit agreements
