MILK (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1963 MILK (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1963 - LONG TITLE An Act to amend the provisions of the Milk Act (Northern Ireland) 1950 relating to licences for the production and sale of milk and to the sale of milk by retail, to repeal sections 3(5), 5, 6 and 7 of that Act and for purposes connected therewith. S.4 rep. by 1967 c.15 (NI) s.19(1) sch.2 Pt.II MILK (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1963 - SECT 5 Interpretation. 5. In this Act, the expression "the principal Act" means the Milk Act (Northern Ireland) 1950. S.6 rep. by 1967 c.15 (NI) s.19(1) sch.2 Pt.II MILK (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1963 - SECT 7 Short title, construction and citation. 7.(1) This Act may be cited as the Milk (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 1963 and shall be construed as one with the principal Act; and this Act and the principal Act may be cited together as the Milk Acts (Northern Ireland) 1950 and 1963.
