MALONE AND WHITEABBEY TRAINING SCHOOLS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1968 -
LONG TITLE

An Act to relieve the Ministry of Home Affairs from an obligation
imposed on it under the Malone Training School Act (Northern
Ireland) 1926; to change the name of a body established under the
Malone and Whiteabbey Training Schools Act (Northern Ireland) 1956
and to alter the membership of that body.

2.(1) The name of the body corporate established under section 1 of
the Malone and Whiteabbey Training Schools Act (Northern Ireland)
1956 is hereby changed to the Rathgael and Whiteabbey Schools
Management Board.

3. This Act may be cited as the Malone and Whiteabbey Training
