MATRIMONIAL CAUSES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1978 - SECT 58

58. No person shall be liable in tort

(a)to any other person on the ground only of his having induced the wife or
husband of that other person to leave or remain apart from the other spouse;

(b)to any other person for harbouring the wife of that other person,
