NATIONAL DEBT (STOCKHOLDERS RELIEF) ACT 1892 - SECT 5 

Power to hold stock on different accounts.

5. The Bank may in any register of stock allow any holder or joint holders to
have more than one account. Provided as follows:

(1)Each account must be distinguished by a number or by such other designation
as may be directed by the Bank;

(2)The Bank shall not be required to permit more than four accounts to be
opened in the same name or names; and

(3)Nothing in this section shall affect the Bank with notice of any trust.
