POLLUTION CONTROL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1978 - SECT 78 



78. The Department may

(a)undertake, or contribute towards the cost of, investigations and research
relevant to the problems of waste collection and disposal; and

(b)arrange for the publication of information relating to those problems.

Art.79 amends s.12 of 1929 c.13 (NI). Art.80, with Schedule 4, effects
amendments. Art.81(1), with Schedule 5, effects amendments; para.(2) amends
s.2 of 1878 c.52
