POLLUTION CONTROL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1978 - SECT 86

86.(1) Subject to Article 18(4), an order made by the Department under this
Order and regulations made under this Order shall be subject to negative
resolution.

(2) Orders made by the Department under this Order and regulations under this
Order may contain incidental, supplementary and transitional provisions.
