PLANNING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 62

62. Where the Ministry proposes to acquire land for planning purposes by means
of a vesting order, the Ministry may disregard any objection to the proposed
order which, in the opinion of the Ministry, amounts in substance to an
objection to the provisions of the development plan defining the proposed use
of that or any other land.
