105A.(1) The Department may by regulations make such provision as it thinks fit for the payment of a fee of the prescribed amount in respect of (a)an application made to the Department under the Planning (Northern Ireland) Orders 1972 and 1978 for any permission, consent, approval or determination; (b)an appeal to the Planning Appeals Commission under those Orders. (2) The regulations may provide for the remission or refunding of a prescribed fee (in whole or in part) in prescribed circumstances.]
