PETTY SESSIONS CLERKS AND FINES (IRELAND) ACT 1878 - SECT 8 



8. No warrant or process shall be issued to any sheriff to levy the amount of
any fine imposed upon any person for non-attendance of a juror, or any issues
directed to be levied; but in every such case the warrant or process for
levying the same shall be issued [to the Royal Ulster Constabulary and shall
be subject to the general law relating to the collection and recovery of
fines].
