Separate awards may be made as to lands in the several electoral districts or otherwise. 10. Provided always, that the arbitrator may make several awards, so as to include in a separate award the lands in each electoral division, or such portion of the lands in relation to which he is arbritrator as, having reference to the deposits to be made under this Act, the meetings to be holden, and the inquiries to be made in relation to such lands, and the convenience of the parties interested in the matter of the arbitration, he may think fit.
