RAILWAY ACT (IRELAND) 1851 - SECT 3

Certain provisions of 1845 c.18 not to apply to railways to which this Act applies.

3. The clauses of the Lands Clauses Consolidation Act, 1845, with respect to
the purchase and taking of lands otherwise than by agreement, except sections
sixteen and seventeen of the said Act, shall not be applicable or in force
with respect to any railway or portion of a railway in Ireland to which
this Act applies.
