RATES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1977 - SECT 48 



48. Until the contrary is proved

(a)a certified copy of, or of any part of, any valuation list, or of any
document such as is mentioned in Article 47(1)(b), shall be taken to be a true
copy of the list, or part of the list, or document in question; and

(b)a document purporting to be such a copy as is mentioned in paragraph (a)
shall be deemed to be such a copy.
