RENT (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1978 - SECT 66

66. A tenant shall not be deemed for the purposes of section 76 of the
Landlord and Tenant Law Amendment Act, Ireland, 1860 (payment of double rent
for overholding) wilfully to hold over any land comprised in a tenancy by
reason only of his remaining in possession thereof under or by virtue of this
Order.
