RENEWABLE LEASEHOLD CONVERSION ACT 1849 - SECT 19 

Act not to alter liability to tithe rent-charge.

19. Nothing in this Act contained shall be deemed to affect or alter the
existing liability of any party or parties, or of any estate or interest, in
respect of the payment or deduction of rent-charge in lieu of tithe.
