RENEWABLE LEASEHOLD CONVERSION ACT 1849 - SECT 25

Master to make report on petition.

25. The master shall make his report in relation to the matter of such
petition, and such report shall state the application to the court, and the
result of his inquiries and proceedings under the reference, and where the
petitioner is entitled to a grant such report shall refer to the draft of the
grant as settled or approved by such master, and shall state by whom such
grant and the counterpart thereof should be executed, or should have been
executed if not under disability or out of the United Kingdom, and shall state
all such other matters as to the master may seem expedient for carrying into
due execution the provisions of this Act.
